Functions

match_boundary_stabilizers(left_flows, ...)	Match detectors using the boundary stabilizers between the two given flows.
match_detectors_from_flows_shallow(flows, ...)	Match detectors in the provided fragments.
match_detectors_within_fragment(flows, ...)	Match all the detectors that can be resolved without considering neighbouring fragments.
